They are made of a highly covering mixture made of colours and pure alcohol which sticks instantaneously on surfaces.
Use: They can be utilized on any surface such as whipped cream, creams, pralines, semifreddos, chocolate, sugar pastes, plastic type chocolate, marzipan and isomalt. Alternatively they can be useful to colour gastro0mic dishes and cocktails.
