Delicious, creamy and easy to use, finish with a caramelised sugary top.
Crème Brûlée is a smooth liquid product which on heating and subsequent cooling, sets to give a
luxurious Crème Brûlée. The product comes in 12 x 1 litre packs.
MAKE UP INSTRUCTIONS
• Open pack and pour into a suitable saucepan.
• Heat liquid just to the boil ensuring that the liquid is stirred continuously.
• Pour whilst hot into suitable container. Allow to cool then place in chill until set (0rmally 1-2 hours).
• If required, immediately prior to serving dredge with icing or demerara sugar, then place under a
hot grill until the sugar caramelises or use a chef’s blow torch (preferred method).
STORAGE DETAILS
• U0pened – ambient storage for 12 months.
• Opened – store under chilled conditions and use within 7 days.
• Crème Brûlée can be kept in a refrigerator, made up, for a maximum of 2 days.
SERVING OPTIONS
• To create a Tart au Citron follow the make-up instructions as above, by adding lemon zest and 5%
lemon juice, alternatively lemon curd may be used, when liquid is hot. Deposit as required.
• Add fruit, alcohol (up to levels of 10%), chocolate, nuts or spices of your choice to create a twist
on tradition.
